Privacy Policy

To provide Vymeros Recharge, we may collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your telephone number
• your billing country and province
• the recipient phone number for each recharge
• transaction details (amount, operator, status, references)
• device and technical information (IP address, browser, timestamps)
• customer-support communications you send us
• fraud-prevention information (for example, risk signals from our payment provider)

We use this information to:

• process your recharges and deliver airtime to the correct number
• authenticate your account and keep it secure
• provide customer support
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised transactions
• meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Vymeros does not store your full payment-card number, CVC, or expiry date. Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-DSS certified environment.

Airtime is delivered through third-party providers, primarily Reloadly. To deliver a recharge we share the destination number, country, operator, and airtime amount with the provider.

Recipient phone numbers are masked in customer-facing receipts and history views (for example, +1 •••• ••34) so full numbers are not exposed in downloadable documents or on shared screens.

We keep transaction records for as long as required to provide the service and to meet Canadian tax and financial record-keeping requirements (typically at least 6 years). Account information is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

You can:

• request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate information
• request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the checkout. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Our third-party service providers (including Stripe and Reloadly) may process information outside of Canada. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' contractual safeguards.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security, and audit logging to protect your information. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, emailed to the address on your account.
