1. Our service
Vymeros Recharge provides prepaid mobile airtime and digital recharge services. You can send airtime to your own phone or to another recipient in a supported country.
2. Your responsibility for order details
You must provide the correct:
- recipient phone number
- destination country
- mobile network / operator
Please carefully review all recharge details on the payment screen before confirming. Successfully delivered airtime may not be reversible or transferable.
3. Pricing
Prices shown at checkout may include:
- the airtime face value
- a Vymeros service markup
- applicable Canadian taxes (when a billing address in Canada is provided)
- currency conversion, where applicable
The total you see on the payment screen is the amount your card is authorised for.
4. Third-party operators and providers
Recharge availability, denominations, currency, and delivery times depend on third-party mobile network operators and recharge providers (for example Reloadly). Vymeros does not control their networks and cannot guarantee any specific delivery time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vymeros Recharge to:
- commit fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity
- use payment methods you are not authorised to use
- circumvent transaction limits or security controls
- resell airtime in violation of an operator's terms
6. Fraud prevention
Vymeros may delay, limit, or reject any transaction it believes to be suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited. We may request verification for unusual transactions.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, breach these Terms, or trigger fraud-prevention rules. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vymeros is not liable for:
- mobile-network outages or carrier delays
- incorrect information supplied by the customer
- third-party payment or recharge provider failures
- indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction.
9. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live. We encourage you to contact support first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or notified by email where appropriate.
